z777z Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Welcome to z777z. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and z777z ("z777z", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the z777z website available at z777z.pro, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and payment transactions available on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of how they access z777z — whether through a mobile browser on Android or iOS, a desktop browser, or any other compatible device. By accessing, browsing, registering, depositing, or placing wagers on z777z, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

Use of the z777z platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. z777z reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to use online gambling services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of z777z complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You are acting as an individual player on your own behalf. You are not permitted to use the platform on behalf of any third party, organization, or for any commercial gambling or arbitrage purpose.
• You have not previously been excluded from z777z or any affiliated platform, and you are not self-excluded under any responsible gaming programme currently active on your account.
• You understand and acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. z777z does not guarantee any winnings and outcomes in all games of chance are determined by certified Random Number Generators.

z777z reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant or to close an existing account if it is found or reasonably suspected that an account holder does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out above.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

z777z supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by z777z, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. z777z does not charge any fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction charges. You are responsible for checking your provider's fee schedule.
• Only deposit funds that you own and have full legal right to use for gambling. Depositing funds belonging to a third party, or funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. In exceptional circumstances — for example during peak periods or where KYC verification is pending — processing may take up to 24 hours. z777z will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to any delay.
• z777z reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct enhanced due diligence where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, z777z may freeze the account and request supporting documentation before releasing any funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to the Bonuses and Promotions section of these Terms for full details on rollover conditions.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. z777z will not process a withdrawal to a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

z777z is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using any software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game, to place bets automatically, or to manipulate game outcomes. This includes the use of card counting software in live card games.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any z777z employee to influence the outcome of any game or bet. Any evidence of collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain credits, free bets, or any other unintended benefit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. z777z actively monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and will report any suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward other players, dealers, or z777z support staff through any communication channel associated with the platform.

z777z reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, and to withhold associated balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where z777z determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, any winnings derived from that conduct will be voided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the z777z platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of z777z or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the z777z platform without the prior written permission of z777z. Unauthorised use of z777z's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Amendments to These Terms

z777z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, z777z will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered contact details on file. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on z777z.pro.

Your continued use of the z777z platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
